Compass & Table ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA).

Information you provide: name and email when you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us.
Usage data: pages visited, referring site, browser type and approximate location, collected via cookies with your consent.
Affiliate cookies: when you click an affiliate link, the partner (e.g. Booking.com, Viator, GetYourGuide, Amazon, CJ) may set a cookie to attribute a purchase. We do not receive your payment details.

2. How We Use Data & Legal Bases

To send the newsletter you requested (consent).
To respond to your enquiries (legitimate interest).
To analyze and improve our content (consent).
To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CCPA. We use trusted processors (email delivery, hosting, analytics) bound by data processing agreements.

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
